We are so enjoying Karson. He is doing great. Housebreaking is a bit challenging, especially in the dark and you can’t tell if he peed or not !  Last night he didn’t cry at all. Has had a couple pee accidents in the crate but that’s all, and quite a few on the floor.  We just aren’t quick enough but he does head for the door !  We’re learning to keep our shoes on and coats ready at the door.  He really likes his toys. Today he met lots of people. Rick brought him to my office and he met all the girls. Everyone loves him.   Sharon & Rick Hi Denise and Chris: It was such a pleasure to meet both of you and your family of German Shepherds the other day.  I know Jesse has been in touch with you and filled you in a little about Dash.  Wow, what a beautiful and smart little character Dash is.  He met the whole family Friday night ( with the exception of his canine cousins Fisher and Remington, they are big and rammy so we'll hold off on that meeting for a while ) Dash settled in his first night with Jess and has made himself at home at our house.  He already knows his way to both houses. Jesse has an empty rec-room perfect for some indoor training.  I've been working with Dash doing short training sessions and with his " super calm personality " he pays attention and learns fast.  He had a little poop mistake the first night at our house but now he knows where the doors are and lets us know when its time to go. None of us could believe how easy it was to start leash training. Jesse put his collar on and Dash couldn't have cared less.  He hardly ever scratches at it and already knows to sit and let us attach the leash.  We can't get over how calm Dash is and cuddle, ohhhh my goodness that dog will cuddle, snuggle and kick back like no other and fall asleep in our arms like a baby. Dash will be spoiled with love and taught with patience and kindness to have good manners that will make us all proud.  We are so happy for Jesse to have Dash and really happy we get to be a part of his journey.  I will keep you up to date on Dash's progress and definitely make sure he comes to visit you once in a while.  Too soon for pictures, he still looks the same as Friday night !!!   lol   Sincerely Sue Chomiak Hey Denise Its been a while Cedars been a busy girl we recently moved to Northy’s Bay Rd. where she runs the place. she is a very healthy and happy girl she gets to see her Meag every day now, makes for a happy dog.  She still to this day hasn’t been on a leash  tried that once and she refused to look at me for two days. She still hunts with me loves to chase moose and deer and is one of the best duck retrievers I have ever owned.  She has 4 acres here that she rules over and every squirrel knows it.  She is a joy in our lives and has accepted my girlfriends 5yr old the moment she walked in.  I can honestly say that Cedar is the best money I have ever spent, she is a joy to have as a companion but the best part is my Gram hated German Shepherds, but Cedar has melted her heart.  A more loving girl you could not ask for she loves her family. THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE AMAZING, MOST LOYAL SMARTEST FRIEND ONE COULD EVER ASK FOR KEVIN BUCKLEY Hi guys I just wanted to let you know Odin is doing great. He sleeps through the night. He sleeps in half an hour longer than I do. It's been a while since I've seen so many smiles around here as well as laughter. He gets to meet lots of my costumers, the only problem is everyone threatens to take him home with them. Anyhow I just wanted to say thanks again I know I wasn't very chatty on Saturday but I was a emotional wreck.   Take care Ken Hi Denise and Chris   Thank you again for Chloe. She's just amazing and has been a wonderful fit to our family. She's 12 weeks today - it's hard to believe! Seems like just last week I was with her on puppy mat leave :)   Chloe is very very smart. She knows sit, sit-stay (up to 6ft away), paw, other paw, down, crawl and if we get really crazy she'll roll over! We did the full recital for the vet last week and he was beyond impressed how smart she is. So are we!  She'll be joining Puppy Kindergarten next week. Paul and I just watched a class to approve before enrolling her.   When she stops biting that would be wonderful but for now, her nickname is Bitey. (We're all working well together to curb it and it's improving everyday). Her other nicknames are Godzilla and Prancy Pants. Godzilla is the newest name earned after a successful Godzilla smashing of the baby gate - she took two bounces then used all fours and smashed down the gate! It was hilarious! Totally wrong too -  but all she wanted to do was be in the kitchen with me. After she smashed the gate she came and sat behind me, while I cried laughing without her seeing :)   Oh, the gate lives on. And gets some respect again.   Her and our cat, Nala are somewhat working it out. We can all share the bed for a while without a bunch of noise so that's good. But we have to teach her when Nala swats her, to leave her alone - not hit her back!   Well that's all for now, when she graduates Kindergarten, we'll send you a pic of her in her grad hat! All the best Chloe, Paul and Mandie  Hi Denise & Chris! I can't tell you how much we love him, he is just awesome! He is just SO good!!! He loves to go in the truck, he sits in between us and watches to see what's going on outside. He's been eating up all of his food and quickly figured out how to dump his water bowl so he only gets a very little bit of water at a time. He is so amused when it tips! We got him a little pool to play in, he loves it and he is learning how to do stairs. He can get up the 3 steps in the front of our house and he can do 3 - 4 inside then needs some help. He learns very quickly! He also likes to play with ice cubes which makes a great toy on these hot days! Lorianne, Nick & Max We are so happy with Dexter. He has a beautiful personality, LOVES people(so much so that he tries to hop into the mail ladies' car!) and constantly makes us laugh with his antics. He has a beautifully soft mouth and is very happy to play fetch and hide-and-seek. We took him to puppy school and have continued to work with him on manners and obedience. He's still young, so there's still more to do to fine-tune his manners and such. If he only came with a personal vacuum, he'd be the perfect dog - ha, ha. We count our blessings that we found you as breeders. He's a fantastic dog and we are grateful. All the best, Marsha & Derrick As first time German Shepherd owners, I just want to thank Denise and Chris for being so comprehensive, concise and caring. They have a lovely kennel, nice, clean and most importantly filled with love. Their dogs are all very healthy and happy, have excellent temperament and are showing high quality in every aspect.. They are truly professional, responsible breeders. My husband and I just simply feel we cannot ask for more. Charles and Grace
